“The Kent 20 / 20 Exhibition, on April 26th 2007, saw the beginning of the latest chapter in the long life of Fort Horsted in Chatham.

Under its current ownership the Fort is being developed into a business centre to provide a large number of affordable start-up and grow-on feeder units for businesses in the Medway area and the exhibition was the official launch date for the enterprise.

The overall aim of this development is to create an island of excellence with a business support infrastructure for all our tenants.

Also launched at the 20/20 was the Fort Horsted Business Training Academy. Offering highly practical management / business focused workshops and support tools. The Academy will serve businesses not just in Medway but throughout Kent and beyond.
